Lanehand: answer every freight email first

Lanehand is email operations software for US freight brokers. It reads the quote requests, carrier offers and status questions that arrive in a brokerage's inbox, prices and drafts the reply from the brokerage's own rates, checks carriers against FMCSA, and holds likely fraud before money moves.

Connect Gmail: a brokerage owner can connect a Gmail or Google Workspace inbox. Lanehand reads new incoming email in that inbox to build the work queue, and sends from it only the replies someone at the brokerage approves (or that their own autopilot rules allow), in the customer's thread. Lanehand cannot delete or change mail. Its use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
